List of safety warnings for swimming pools based on the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2023/98 on general product safety (GPSR):

* Risk of drowning: Never leave children unsupervised near the pool. Use appropriate security (walls, nets) and check their condition regularly. Ensure that people who do not know how to swim use adequate means of insurance.

* Risk of injuries: Make sure the area around the pool is free of obstacles and keep it clean to prevent slips and falls.

* Chemical risk: Regularly check and adjust chemicals in water (chloride, pH) as recommended by the manufacturer. Keep chemicals out of reach of children and animals. Avoid chemical contact with skin and eyes.

* Risk of electrocution: Do not use electrical devices near the swimming pool and make sure the electrical installation of the swimming pool complies with safety standards.

* Risk of water pollution: Regularly clean and disinfect the water in the pool. Use suitable filters and pumps to keep the water clean.

* Risk of damage to the structure: Regularly check the technical condition of the swimming pool, including walls, bottoms and edges. If damage is detected, repair it immediately.

* Sun protection: Use sunscreens, sunglasses and headgear to protect yourself from harmful UV radiation.

* Cleaning: Regularly clean the pool to prevent bacteria and algae from developing.

* Pool Covering: Cover the pool when not used to prevent contamination and reduce the risk of accidents.

* Access protection: Protect the swimming pool from unauthorised access when not used.
