Stare zbrodnie rzucają długie cienie Wiele lat temu w małej miejscowości Borki zamordowano komendanta policji, Aleksandra Sokołowskiego. Szybko złapano sprawcę, który przyznał się do winy i został skazany. Piętnaście lat później do miasteczka wraca córka komendanta, Maja.
