Visual and motion coordination: You have to pedal at the same time, look ahead and steer.

Braking technique: Key to safety. You need to feel the force of pressure on the brake handles to not block the wheels (especially the front), which could end in "flying through the steering wheel".

Moving and stopping: Smooth start ability (position of pedal up) and safe foot support at stop.
