Mieszanka przeznaczona na trawniki bardzo suche o dużej odporności na suszę i bardzo wysokie temperatury. Tworzy trwałą i gęsta darń o dużej odporności na deptanie i nie wymagająca częstego podlewania (oszczędność na kosztach wody). Posiada bardzo dobrą zimotrwałość i mrozoodporność ( jest zimozielona) oraz bardzo małe wymagania co do gleby, co umożliwia wysiew na piaszczystym podłożu. Bardzo dobrze sprawdza się również na terenach okresowo zalewanych wodą, podmokłych (nadmiernie nawilgotnionych). Ma silnie rozwinięty system korzeniowy sięgający nawet do głębokości 60 cm oraz nie wymaga dużych nakładów pielęgnacyjnych.
