Vickers Mark E. Brytyjskie konstrukcje, brytyjskie inspiracje to trzeci tom nowej serii wydawniczej Wydawnictwa Vesper zatytułowanej Pojazdy Wojska Polskiego.
W albumie zawarto podstawowe informacje o czołgu bardzo ważnym w rozwoju polskiej broni pancernej. Choć kupiono w roku 1932 tylko 38 tych wozów bojowych, czyli ilość pozwalającą na sformowanie zaledwie dwóch kompanii, to istotne było to, że Wojsko Polskie otrzymało nowoczesny czołg, którego przydatność i właściwości można było sprawdzić w codziennej służbie. Kupiono jednocześnie licencję na produkcję czołgów Vickers E i to było jeszcze ważniejsze niż sam zakup sprzętu. Eksploatacja czołgów Vickers E dawała niezbędną wiedzę o koniecznych zmianach konstrukcyjnych co miało kapitalne znaczenie dla uruchomionej produkcji własnych, doskonalszych polskich czołgów nazwanych 7TP i ciągników artyleryjskich C7P.
Album zawiera niemal 200 ilustracji, na które składają się duże, wyraziste fotografie z epoki oraz barwne sylwetki polskich vickersów z wiernie odtworzonymi szczegółami wyposażenia, malowania i oznakowania.
