List of safety warnings for highchairs based on the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on General Product Safety (GPSR):
* Stability: Always ensure the highchair is stable on a level surface before seating your child.
* Seat belts: Always fasten the seat belts to prevent your child from falling. Make sure the belts are properly adjusted and undamaged.
* Supervision: Never leave your child alone in the highchair without adult supervision.
* Maximum load: Do not exceed the maximum permissible load of the highchair to avoid damage or tipping.
* Adjustment: Ensure that all adjustment mechanisms (height, backrest tilt) are locked and secure before use.
* Sharp edges and small parts: Regularly check the highchair for sharp edges, protruding screws, or small parts that may pose a hazard to your child. * Cleaning: Clean the highchair regularly, according to the manufacturer's instructions, using safe cleaning agents.
* Distance from hazardous objects: Keep the highchair away from heat sources, sharp objects, and electrical cables.
* Technical condition: Regularly inspect the highchair for damage, cracks, or wear. Do not use a damaged highchair.
* Assembly: Ensure the highchair has been properly assembled according to the instructions.
* Intended use: Use the highchair only for its intended purpose, e.g., for feeding a child.
