W 2013 roku Kołomijczuk za powieść "Ludwisarz. Igrzyska wielmożnych" otrzymał prestiżową nagrodę Koronacja Słowa. W 2021 roku powieść "Ekspres do Galicji" znalazła się na liście nominowanych do Nagrody Lwowa miasta literatury UNESCO.
